ArtLabbé invites you to our gallery in the funk zone to sip hot chocolate and browse some of the artwork made by our students, and enjoy a couple musical performances also by our students!

ArtLabbé Academy is an international art and music program offered free of charge to individuals with intellectual disabilities of all ages. In Santa Barbara, our music therapist and art instructors provide weekly classes at the following institutions:

• San Marcos High School

• Dos Pueblos High School

• Santa Barbara High School

• La Colina Middle School

• Devereux Adult Day Program

• Devereux Weisman Senior Center

• Momentum Living Facilities

• The WIN Program

We invite you to come celebrate the hard work and growth each artwork represents for our students, and share in the cheer of the holiday spirit of lifting each other up in Santa Barbara!

At 6PM I will also give a short recap of the work we've been doing this Fall semester.

This event is free and is open to the public.

ArtLabbé Academy is a free music and arts program offered to organizations and schools for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We visit 11 classrooms and organizations every week to help inspire creative expression, expand artistic vocabulary, and develop social skills.

Our classes include the following activities:

• Paint, watercolor, and pastel projects

• Motor skills practice

• Group singing - songbook reading practice

• Group dance

• Rhythmic practice with shakers and drums

• Guitar / piano group lessons

Overall, we positively impact the lives of over 100 students on a weekly basis.
