Erica was born and raised in the Bay Area and moved to Goleta in 1998 to attend Devereux. She began attending Slingshot in 2015 with minimal art experience but a strong desire to explore and create art. Currently, she works across all media offered at Slingshot with an emphasis in fiber and ceramic. She finds inspiration in pop culture, politics, and current events and has a sharp sense of humor.
