From an early age, Cesar Jr. Ortega's parents parents knew something was different. Cesar didn't start crawling until he was four, and was later diagnosed with a form of autism. His passions include going to the beach, shopping for shoes, and spending an afternoon at the park. He is a fan of RJ from Zootopia.


Cesar is a sophmore at San Marcos High School.
